Eating habits (What I usually eat)

 Hi, my name is Itzel Vega, but i like to be called by my last name, i will talk about my eating habits.

My eating habits have not been good, for example, my favorite food is fast food, as it is burgers, french fries, hot dog, pizza, burrito, onion rings, etc...

I don´t like plain water and flavored water only with exceptions, my favorite drinks are those that contain a high level of sugar, for example Coca Cola, Santa Clara chocolate milk, i ced tea and different soft drinks, I can usually consume three liters of soda a day.

My favorite snacks are cookies, bread, lemon pie, jello, fruit cocktail and chocolate cake.

Currently, for health reasons, I started with a balance in my diet, so I established a routine, portions and times for my food, for example;

In the morning I eat a piece of toasted bread, a glass of milk or a cup of coffee, a package of diet biscuits and an approximate portion of two hundred and fifty grams of almonds with blueberries.

In the afternoons, from one to two in the afternoon, I usually eat a plate of chilaquiles or soup with different stews, for example, a plate of chicken broth or two pieces of chicken, three tacos of pork rinds, two tostadas of tinga and consumption flavored water, for example, a liter of guava or melon water, watermelon, lemon, etc...

In the evening, I have something light, like a bowl of yogurt with two tablespoons of granola, a glass of milk, a bowl of fruit, a cup of coffee, or a one-ounce bag of cereal.

Currently I consume a little more fruit and among my favorites are apples, bananas, watermelon and orange, it is what I now consider as snacks and sometimes cookies or lemon pie.

I am currently consuming two to three fruits, three liters of water, two tortillas, two hundred and fifty grams of cereal, a glass of yogurt and sometimes half a package of diet cookies.

Hi! My name is Itzel and today I will tell you about my favorite person.

My mom is the person I admire the most, for her great achievements and for how smart she is, my mom is short, pretty enough, she has white skin, small brown eyes, thin lips, short black hair. She is nice, caring, and very smart.

I admire my mother because when she was little she had to take care of her five siblings and do household activities like washing, cooking, sweeping, bathing her siblings and she also helped my grandmother with the vegetable business they had, when she was 15 years old, she had to go live in México City to continue her studies, and altough it was very dangerous for her to be alone, she worked and studied at the same time to take care of her cats and although her health worsened, she managed to finish her high school That is why I consider that she is capable enough to achieve what she sets out to do.

My mother is a great woman, she always does things with care at home, she takes care of my brother and me, she always supports us in what we want, thanks to her my brother is already an engineer and I am studying laws, both of us are the Uvp, now that I live alone, he always tells me to do things carefully around the City of Puebla, to eat well and to study hard, my mom is good at crafts, we run a graphic design business, she gets things done quickly, so work doesn't get cluttered, she works responsibility and is good at her job.

My mom always got good grades in school, she has too many awards, she is pretty, capable, and loving enough to share it with everybody for that and many other things, I admire my mom.

What I like the most

Hi!! My name is Itzel Vega, I am 19 years old, I am the youngest in my family :)

When I entered the University I had to live in Puebla, it is much bigger than my town and it is more beautiful.

The Universities of Puebla are better than the University of my town, for that reason I came to study here. I am studying better than Political Science, because I like its subjects better and I think there are more job opportunities.

In Puebla I got to know the best Tacos al pastor, those are my favorites, but the molotes in my town are much better than the molotes in Puebla, and here there are also more touristic places, for example, in Puebla there is the Puebla Park that for True, I like it more than Plaza Crystal because it´s bigger, they have better and cheaper clothes they have fun games and more places to eat. The only thing they have in similarity is that in both shopping centers their buildings is beautiful right now, since it will be Christ mas dates, they put a lot of decorations around all of Puebla but here it is also very cold I even consider that it is colder than in my town also in Puebla I really like the tourist place "Los Fuertes" because it is better than Plaza Loreto, there is more space to walk, play and even visit the planetarium, alsowhat I like about Puebla is that ther sell food at home. I like the Uber eats platform much more because it is the fastest compared to Didi platform.

Hello! My name is Itzel and I will tell you a little about my experience in my English course

When I was in high school I had English courses where I learned the basics such as colors, numbers, letters, the alphabet, etc...

Despite that, I started my slightly more advanced English course six months ago at university, I felt nervous, confused and even thought that I didn't learn anything in high school, but over time I realized that I just needed to practice it. . . . .

I admit that Teacher Miriam always supported me and was kind enough to correct me where I was wrong, she taught us with creative activities, always using movies, artists, songs, tacos and places in Puebla as examples. I consider that the activities of the platform forced me to learn more than what was seen in class, having as a great responsibility to attend these activities, I learned to describe objects and places, write in the past, present and future and differentiate words that seem to mean the same but It is not like this.

Currently I have already learned to describe places, people or objects, compare them, express quantities, specify things and among other things that I learned in this course and that I have mastered a little more.

My plans for the future are to continue attending my English classes, learn songs in English and review my notes of what I learned in this first course. 

I plan to litigate in Canada in the future and finish reinforcing my knowledge there.

I will travel to New York to practique my learning with people there through conversation.

I will try to learn a little more during the holidays by attending a course to be prepared for my second level of English
